Don't we all dread old age? The first concern is loosing beauty, health issues, relationships etc. We all want to look beautiful no matter how old we grow and it is not impossible. The first mantra to look beautiful even as old age sets in, is to believe and feel beautiful from within. Like dawn and dusk have their own essence which charms the heart, every age has it's own beauty. The way one preserves it decides how beautiful one looks. Talking about looking beautiful at old age reminds me of an old lady who stayed in my neighbourhood. She was 65 years old and was one of the most beautiful ladies I have ever seen. The best part is that it was her natural beauty which she flaunted.
Here is how you can look beautiful in old age -
1.Be Natural – The older you get, the lesser cosmetics you should use. With age the resistance power of the skin diminishes and thus, reactions to cosmetics is possible. Use light make up like face powder, moisturised lipstick, organic khol etc. This prevents the changes of rashes, dry skin etc. Wrinkles are inevitable. The wrinkle cream is for those facing early wrinkles not for those who have created wrinkles with age. You cannot change the ways of nature and any attempt made will have adverse effect.
