Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone is one lucky girl. After making Bollywood debut with Shahrukh Khan in Om Shanti Om, she has received a dream offer from non other than Rajinikanth.
Deepika has got an offer to act with Rajinikanth in a film that has the superstar in a double role. It is said that the meeting with the producers of the film went off well except that they want to start it this year itself while the actress has a handful of films to do. However, sources said that she is trying to adjust her dates to act with her dream actor.
"I am really honoured to be approached to act with Rajinikanth,” Mumbai Mirror quoted Deepika as saying. It also quoted her spokesperson as saying, “We have been approached but it is too early to talk about it. We need to work on dates as many films are in combination with a lot of senior actors. It is not an easy decision. Of course we would like to be part of Rajinikanth's film. It is a huge honour."
