Bollywood's Yester year heroine and Kareena Kapoor's sister Karishma Kapoor was married a Delhi based business man Sanjay Kapur in 2003 and the couple has two kids also a boy and a girl (Samaira).Now the latest news is that Karisma Kapoor's marriage seems to be in trouble again.

Now a days Karisma Kapoor's husband Sanjay is seeing the ex-wife of a rich NRI hotelier. The lady, who's also a model, went through a divorce some time ago from a US-based businessman and hotelier.

Reportedly Sanjay and this model are spotted together frequently at the high profile parties in Delhi. Whether the two are just friends or there is more to the relationship isn’t clear, but Karisma’s prolonged stays in Mumbai, away from her hubby’s home in Delhi, indicate that cracks have begun to appear in the marriage again.

Naresh's Marriage on December 3rd

Tollywood Comedy hero and Yester year actress Vijaya Nirmala's son Naresh is entering into the wed-lock on December 3rd with Ramya. This is the hot news currently in film Nagar because Naresh seems married twice in the past, now he is getting ready for third marriage. As per the sources he has a son Naveen with his first wife.

Sr Naresh, who acted in many comedy movies, is going to marry AP agricultural Minister Raghuveera Reddy Brother's Daughter on 3rd December it seems. Sources say that marriage will be held in Hindupur of Anantapur(Dt) where he had contended for MP seat in 2009 elections on behalf of the BJP. Naresh has bought a palatial house in the Hindupur, he is planning to move into the new house with his new wife.

Arvind Swamy's costly settlement for Divorce

Remeber Aravind Swamy, who acted in Roja and Bombay movies in Telugu and also he was the most handsome hero by that time. Actor Arvind Swamy and his wife Gayathri Ramamurthy have approached the Principal Family Court in Chennai for seeking divorce on mutual consent.

Aravind Swamy and Gayatri had married in June 1994. The couple had two children a 14 year old daughter Ahdira, and a nine year old son Rudra. They have been living separately since seven years now. Since their separation in December, 2003, the children had been living with Arvind Swamy.

The court agreed to their divorce and Principal Judge for family courts, S Meenakshisundaram, on Wednesday informed that the actor would make a one-time payment of Rs 75 lakh to his wife, in addition to a monthly payment of Rs 1 lakh towards maintenance from the date of dissolution of their marriage. The monthly maintenance shall continue to be paid as long as Gayathri does not remarry.

They also expressly agreed that Arvind Swamy should retain the custody of the minor children, who shall be responsible for their upbringing and education. His wife will have custody of the children every Saturday. She will also have the children for seven continuous days during the summer holidays.

Mega Brother Bangla for Sale

Mega Star Chiranjeevi's brother Nagababu, who produced recently released "Orange" movie which stars Ram Charan and Genelia in the lead roles. Now the latest gossip in the film nagar is Nagababu is all set to sale his Bangla. Sources say the reason behind sale is due to financial crisis.

As per the sources Ram Charan's Orange film pushed Nagababu in financial crisis, the movie was bombed at the box office and Nagababu got huge loss from the Orange movie. But in other case one movie failure doesn't impact on Megabrother. Because they are already well settled in industry and Nagababu also earned some good money from the real estate it seems. So one movie will not change his fate.

Some other sources say that Nagababu selling that Bangla for some other reason, but not for Orange movie failure.

NBK's Second daughter Marriage in Next Year

The latest buzz in the film nagar is that hero Nandamuri Balakrishna's Second daughter Tejaswini's marriage seems to be fixed with an Industrialist's son. Earlier we heard the rumors of marriage proposal between Nagarjuna's son Nagachaitanya and NBk's second daughter Tejaswini, later we also heard that Manchu Manoj was also interested to marry NBk's second daughter Tejaswini.

Now as per the sources NBK's second daughter Tejaswini's engagement and marriage is going to be held in next year, 2011 with an Industrialist's son. Because NBK is busy with shootings of his upcoming films like Parama Veera Chakra,Sri Rama Rajayam and also another movie under Paruchuri Murali direction. So soon after his completion of his current projects he may start the celebrations of his daughter's marriage arrangements.
