7 Tips for Fresh Breath

The problem of bad breath has plagued humankind for centuries.Bad breath is caused by odor producing bacteria in the mouth. There are certain food products like garlic and onion that are responsible for bad breath. When we don’t clean or brush our teeth properly after meals, bacteria gets accumulated on the left over food in the mouth and also between the teeth.

  • Using soft stem of neem tree or babul tree (Ayurvedic medicinal plants) for brushing teeth can help.
  • Chewing 5 grams of fennel or coriander or cardamom is the best purification of mouth.
  • Having betel with cardamom and mint is worthwhile.
  • Gargling with the solution made up of cardamom, cinnamon and dry mint leaf helps in removing mouth odor. Adding 2-3 drops of cumin oil in a cup of water is also beneficial.
  • Chewing cardamom also prevents odor.
  • But the most important thing is to brush your teeth before going to bed. Keep your stomach clean and healthy by eating easy digest able food.
  • Maintain the distance of two feet while talking to anybody.
