Everyone wants healthy and beautiful hair but for this proper care is important. Nutrition is the main element for healthy hairs. Like your body, your hair needs a balanced, nutritious diet rich in protein, minerals and vitamins to stay healthy. If you would like to grow your hair, here are some natural hair care tips:
- Wash your hair with a mild shampoo or natural hair cleanser. Mix 5 aritha, 5 shikhakai pods and 5 dry amla in 5-7 cups of water and let them soak overnight. Next day warm it then leave to cool down. Wash your hair with this natural shampoo.
