Hair Care Tips


Healthy HairEveryone wants healthy and beautiful hair but for this proper care is important. Nutrition is the main element for healthy hairs. Like your body, your hair needs a balanced, nutritious diet rich in protein, minerals and vitamins to stay healthy. If you would like to grow your hair, here are some natural hair care tips:

  • Wash your hair with a mild shampoo or natural hair cleanser. Mix 5 aritha, 5 shikhakai pods and 5 dry amla in 5-7 cups of water and let them soak overnight. Next day warm it then leave to cool down. Wash your hair with this natural shampoo.
  • Never brush hair when it is wet. It breaks your hair.
  • Brush your hair regularly and gently.
  • Do not blow drying your hair, rollers and hair dryer.
  • Protect hair from over-exposure to sun, salt or chlorinated water, wind and pollution.
  • Include calcium, iron and minerals in your daily diet.
  • Drink two glasses of milk per day.
  • Do not use dyes. Instead of coloring agent use henna (mehandi).
  • According to your hair growth, trim your hair once in 6 – 7 weeks. Without a trim, you get split ends.
  • Don’t pulling back your hair tightly. Massage amla hair oil slowly.
  • Do not wash your hair with very hot or very cold water.
  • Healthy and balanced diet is necessary for the health and beauty of your hair.
